Board our candle lit sunken galleon in Wax's Rum Cove and experience a vast array of flavours from over 70 different rums from our travels. Choose from a menu of our hand-crafted Caribbean rum cocktails, with a new menu from one of our crew members each week. With a capacity of up to 50 people, the Rum Cove is available for hire 7 nights a week. We also host tasting events & rum cocktail classes.
